Bart Guerreri, Chairman of the Board. Bart has been named to the Dean's Commission for International Development at Harvard's John F. Kennedy School of Government, and holds 30 patents and publications. Honors and awards include the Entrepreneur of the Year award and a spot on Who's Who in America. Bart's devotion to providing Information Technology services began with the founding of his first company, DSD Laboratories, in 1978. He has continued his tradition for excellence in the IT industry by providing the ultimate in computer security solutions with the creation of Backbone Security.

James E. Wingate, CISSP-ISSEP, CISM, IAM is currently Vice President for West Virginia Operations and Director of the Steganography Analysis and Research Center (SARC) for Backbone Security. He is a retired Air Force officer with more than 22 years experience in implementing, operating, securing, and sustaining C2ISR systems in the Communications and Information career field. He is a member of AFCEA, AFA, and ISACA, MOAA and the Federal Information Systems Security Educators' Association (FISSEA).
